The Käserei Laubbach AG in Waldkirch SG is one of the largest Emmentaler cheese dairies in Switzerland. Apart from the well-known Emmentaler, it produces other cheese types from silage-free milk and, from the end of 2019, silage milk as well. In addition, the cheese dairy helps take advantage of seasonal milk peaks.
